By purchasing or using a Smart Media Shorts QRC subscription, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms explain how the subscription works, what is included, how billing and cancellation are handled, and what happens when an account becomes inactive. 1. Subscription Service Smart Media Shorts provides a website-based QRC generator and profile card service hosted through the Smart Media Shorts website. The service allows subscribers to create custom QR code images that may connect to profile cards, business information, websites, products, services, employee details, social media links, or other custom links. The subscription is designed to help businesses and professionals create scannable digital access points for print and digital marketing, including business cards, stickers, flyers, packaging, signage, websites, product labels, and promotional materials. 2. Starter Subscription The Starter Subscription includes up to 10 custom QR code images with profile card support. Each profile card may be used to share approved customer-provided information, including contact information, website links, product details, service pages, social links, and other custom links. The subscription does not guarantee sales, leads, search ranking, customer engagement, scan activity, or business results. Smart Media Shorts provides the QRC tool and related design service, but the success of each QR code depends on how and where the customer uses it. 3. Customer Information and Content Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all information submitted for use in their QR codes, profile cards, links, logos, images, text, business details, product details, and promotional content. By submitting content to Smart Media Shorts, the customer confirms that they have the right to use that content and authorize Smart Media Shorts to use it for the purpose of creating and maintaining their subscribed QRC materials. Smart Media Shorts may refuse, suspend, or remove content that appears misleading, illegal, abusive, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for the service. 4. Custom Links Customers may add custom links to websites, social media profiles, products, service pages, contact pages, review pages, booking pages, menus, or other approved destinations. Customers are responsible for making sure all submitted links remain active, accurate, safe, and lawful. Smart Media Shorts is not responsible for broken third-party links, expired domains, inactive social pages, deleted webpages, or external websites that stop working after the QR code has been created. 5. Billing and Payment Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Payment must remain current to keep the account active and to keep associated QRC links, profile cards, and hosted pages available.
