01 / WEBSITES
Built for your business.
Questions about a new site, an existing site, the process, and what goes into a project.
Web design ↗Do you build new websites and improve existing ones?
Yes. We can discuss a new build or review an existing site for design, content, mobile usability, and search foundations. The right approach depends on what you already have and what you want the site to do. See our web design page.
Which website platform will you use?
Platform choice is part of discovery. We look at the required features, content workflow, budget, and who will manage the site after launch. Your proposal should name the platform and explain any hosting or ongoing costs before work begins.
Will my website work on a phone?
Mobile presentation is a core part of the build. We review layouts, text, buttons, forms, and key interactions at phone and desktop sizes before launch. Any platform-specific limitations should be discussed during planning.
What information do you need from me?
Your services or products, audience, locations served, brand materials, photos, policies, and a clear way for customers to contact you are the best starting point. You know your business; we can help organize and refine that information for the website. Missing content can affect the timeline and scope.
How long does a website take?
There is no single turnaround that fits every site. A small informational site and a larger store or custom-coded experience require different work. We set a realistic schedule after discussing scope, content readiness, reviews, and integrations; we do not promise an instant launch.
Who handles hosting, the domain, and updates?
That depends on the platform and your agreement. Before a project starts, we should document which accounts you own, what hosting or domain charges apply, who can make edits, and whether ongoing updates are included or handled separately.
02 / SEO, AEO & GEO
A better foundation for being found.
SEO, answer-focused content, and location clarity work together, but no one can make results appear overnight.
Web design and SEO ↗What do SEO, AEO, and GEO mean for my site?
SEO focuses on helping search engines understand and discover useful pages. AEO is commonly used for clear, answer-ready content. GEO is commonly used for clarity in AI-generated search experiences. In practical terms, we focus on accurate copy, sensible page structure, helpful answers, relevant locations, and technical checks. The exact work belongs in the project scope.
Will the website rank immediately or appear in AI answers?
No one can guarantee that. Publishing a page is the first ripple: search systems need time to discover and evaluate it, and results depend on competition, content quality, authority, and ongoing changes. We can build a sound foundation and measure progress without promising a position or an AI citation.
Can you improve a site that already exists?
Yes. An audit can identify unclear messaging, duplicated copy, weak page structure, broken links, mobile issues, and gaps in search settings. We then recommend changes in priority order. The audit is not a promise that every issue can be fixed on every platform.
Do you create location pages for every city I serve?
Only when a page would genuinely help visitors in that location. We do not recommend repeating nearly identical pages just to swap city names. Service areas should reflect where your business actually works and be consistent across the website and business listings.
What makes an answer useful for search and AI systems?
A useful answer addresses a real customer question directly, uses accurate business facts, and points to the relevant service or next step. We keep the important text accessible on the page rather than relying only on animation or visual effects.
